A Manhattan physical therapist’s bold and colorful approach to living in 600 square feet.
Ms. Woodward kept the long reclaimed teak table from Country Casual that was already on the terrace. She also has boxes for lettuce and a Meyer lemon tree. (“I get just enough to make one very small lemon tart or one margarita,” she said.)
I want to die with some grace in my life.  Everything is so hectic now.  Slowly, I am struggling to remember a time when I felt ahead of my work, productive with time to rest.  I woke up this morning remembering a time when I was in high school and I had everything done for the rest of the week, so that all I needed to do was attend classes and wait for things to unfold.  I'm going to try to achieve that feeling again.

Optimism

Be optimistic!  This is important.  As you grow older the world around you becomes more fearful, more hateful, and it's easy to lose your optimism.  But there will always be friends who love you, family who supports you, people who admire you, if you know just where to look.  Be hopeful, be brave, be strong.

I love you, I love you.  I love you, I love you.  You are precious to me, and even when the world doesn't see it, I will love you nonetheless.  And I'm sorry that you have to go through so much failure as a citizen of this world, and I'm so sorry for the loneliness you feel even when I'm always here.  But I won't be sorry for the mountains you face because I want you to face those mountains.  You want you to face those mountains because they are a judgment of your audacity to climb new heights.  Always remember that your failures come from attempting something much greater than you, not from something you are capable of.  Remember your courage to be audacious.

Stop!

Oh stop complaining and being all dramatic, you wimp.

So you're not up to par with Stanford's standards.  Work harder.

55%

I got a 55% on my Bio midterm.

Wait, what?
